I have been working hard to bring tax relief for Senior Citizens who struggle to make ends meet in today's inflationary economy. I moved HB 1134, to update the Circuit Breaker program, over to the Senate as an amendment. Unfortunately a Senator from the Kansas City area has killed the bill because he wants special rights for homosexual couples' retirement plans. I have no words.
